I think the Piggy bank speach mp3 is actually when Mikey and Brand Hug in the beginning of the movie, unless if it is the same music in the other scene

You are probably right. There are so many different variations of score through out the film, it's very hard to decide what to name them. And like you said, songs are used more than once.
